Using a waste baler press

In the modern waste management industry, the process of collecting and processing recyclable and biodegradable materials represents a complex and well-organized technological flow. Specialized collectors deal with the systematic collection of two main categories of waste: household waste (from households and commercial activities) and green waste (vegetable remains, leaves, branches and other organic materials).

To optimize the entire logistics chain and significantly reduce operational costs, the collected materials must go through a densification process. This process begins with the material chopping, using Specialized chopping equipment, which transforms bulky waste into small and uniform size particles.

In the specific case of waste packed in plastic bags, use Automated bag opening and separation equipment, which allow the efficient release of content without cross-contamination.
After chopping, the material is transported to the baler – the central equipment of the entire process.

Here, by applying compression forces, the material is compacted into dense and uniform bales. These bales have multiple logistical advantages: they are easy to handle with standard equipment, allow efficient stacking, optimize storage space and significantly reduce transport costs. In addition, their standardized form facilitates further recycling or controlled disposal processes.

Description of the BPC Waste Baler Press

Designed according to the principles of an industrial cutting press, this machine incorporates a robust hydraulic system and an automatic binding mechanism, which allows uninterrupted production of bales without constant human intervention.

The press is suitable for several types of materials especially for paper, cardboard, shredded material. The baler has a V-shaped knife, which easily cuts various types of materials. Press produces Well-formed and stackable bales against low operational costs.

  • Device for tying bales automatically.
  • Easy maintenance due to reduced wear and good accessibility with an access ladder and a control panel for manual operation of the machine.
  • Main cylinder with electronic tread measurement for optimal switching times and end-absorbed equipment to maintain the quality of the machine longer.
  • Self-supporting construction, thanks to which the press can be placed quickly and easily.
  • Cardan type suspension of the main cylinder.
  • Differential control press stroke for higher performance.
  • Press piston guide with the help of travel wheels and guide belts.
  • Control via a touch screen.
  • Electric control with PLC Siemens, S7-1500 series.
  • A PLC control with more and more extensive possibilities, such as setting 64 types of materials.
  • Remote service connection and maintenance
  • Secu Lock mechanical security locks are mounted on all doors from baler presses. A key must be used permanently to open a door. This key is mounted to the control box, as soon as the key is removed, the machine stops. As a result, the car is
  • Always off when maintenance is performed.
  • Blocking the bales in the pressing chamber for expansive materials.
  • Reliable hydraulic drive with „Cartridge” system, low noise pumps, continuous oil filtration.
