Particular attention must be paid to the selection of building materials for system components. The abrasive nature of pollutants can cause rapid wear, dramatically reducing the life of installations and machines.

Our vast experience allows us to choose precisely the optimal materials for each application. We use a wide range of steels – from carbon and galvanized to AISI 304/316 anti-wear and stainless steels. For the most demanding applications, we also implement special internal coatings made of ceramic, cement or rubber.

for Treatment of dry dust, we have developed advanced filtration systems with bags or cartridges, equipped with back-to-use cleaning mechanisms. This technology ensures high filtering efficiency and extended filter lifetime.

Asphalt production It presents distinct challenges, especially due to the wet nature of the pollutants generated. For these applications, we offer two main solutions: renewable panel filters, specially designed for wet pollutants, or wet treatment systems, such as scrubbers, which are particularly effective in capturing and neutralizing these types of emissions.
