They use bag filters or Pulse Jet cartridges, equipped with a special filter medium: polyester felt, reinforced with stainless steel fibers. This unique combination offers not only high filtration efficiency but also essential antistatic properties.
  • In the sectors where paint aerosols are predominant, we have implemented an innovative solution: demystery filters. For situations that also require the elimination of volatile organic compounds, we complement the system with an active carbon absorption module.
  • For processes involving acidic or basic substances, we have developed wet filtration systems based on advanced scrubbers. They are equipped with automatic reagent regeneration systems, ensuring continuous and efficient neutralization. Depending on the aggressiveness of the environment, we build these specially painted steel cleaners, AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, or corrosion-resistant plastics.

Regardless of the type of filtration system, each installation is equipped with a centrifugal fan designed to work with „clean air”. This approach not only extends the fan life, but also reduces maintenance costs and improves overall energy efficiency.
