Workstations, except for automatic blasters/granulators, are composed of semi-closed cabins, built according to real work needs, with the possibility of being equipped with closing doors with pneumatic opening. Inside, they are equipped with suction walls, with the aim of optimizing the suction and evenly distributing the flows throughout the section.
The aspirated pollutant is directed, following the evaluation of each individual case, to a cyclonic predecantation system, capable of retaining even fine particles, thus increasing the life of subsequent filters. The cyclone inlet socket, due to the considerable wear caused by the contact between the pollutant and the material, is made of Hardox or a similar material.
The actual reduction of pollutants is achieved by filters with bags / cartridges which, in the case of carving operations (thermal processing of metals by heating until the melting and removal of the molten metal with a directed air current), felt filters / fabrics having particular characteristics for this specific sector (fibre mixtures and surface treatments).
