The process of casting molten metals presents significant challenges in terms of emission control. To address this issue, we have developed customized strategies that adapt to different casting techniques.
In the case of mobile casting, we have designed an innovative capture system integrated directly into the pot handling equipment. It uses a flexible structure that follows the movement of the pot, ensuring a constant suction throughout the operation.
For fixed casting stations, our approach combines a suction hood strategically placed above the work area with an extended suction wall. This system can be improved with an adjustable, automatically controlled hood that optimizes vapor capture according to process dynamics.
Regardless of the method used, the captured vapors – which contain extremely fine particles – are treated through an advanced filtration system. It is designed in accordance with the latest industrial and environmental standards, ensuring maximum efficiency in pollutant retention.
Through these adaptive solutions, we not only improve air quality in the work area, but also contribute to respecting and even exceeding the environmental norms in force.
