Powder Exhasuting Plant from Iron Ore

Iron ore, an essential material in the metallurgical industry has a main feature, namely the tendency to self-ignite. This feature dictates the entire approach in the design of associated emissions aspiration and treatment systems.

To counteract this risk, the solution involves the use of special tubes through which air circulates at high speed, thus keeping the pipes clean and significantly reducing the risk of spontaneous combustion.

The special design filter uses an advanced technique of mixing at extremely high speed of water with the aspirated pollutant. The key element of this scrubber is a fan with a variable internal dispenser, which allows fine adjustment of the holding efficiency according to the actual operating conditions.

To ensure a constant and efficient suction, we have integrated a fan with transmission coupling. It maintains an optimal level of vacuum in the system, facilitating efficient capture of particles and gases.

The process ends with the evacuation of purified air into the atmosphere through a self-supporting chimney, designed to withstand the harsh conditions specific to this type of application.

Thus we manage to effectively manage the risks associated with iron ores (Sponge Iron), but also ensure advanced purification of emissions, thus contributing to environmental protection and operational safety in the metallurgical industry.
