In the mechanical processing industry, two main types of pollutants pose problems: oil mist and metal dust. Oil mist results from lubrication in processes such as turning, rectification or operations on CNC machines. On the other hand, the dry processing of materials generates dust and metal chips of various types.
These emissions are not only an inconvenience, but are a real threat to the health of the operators and the quality of the work environment. To address this challenge, we have developed a wide range of filtration solutions, each tailored to specific needs.
For less demanding applications, we offer panel filters in various efficiency classes. They are ideal for capturing larger particles and for a first stage of filtration. In cases that require more advanced purification, we recommend electrostatic filters. They are particularly effective in capturing fine oil particles and metallic smoke.
For situations involving large volumes of dust or very fine particles, we propose filters with bags or cartridges. They provide a large filtering area and high efficiency in the retention of particles of various sizes. In environments where air purity is critical, such as in certain precision processes, we implement HEPA filters. They provide the highest level of filtration, allowing the recirculation of purified air directly into the workspace.
Through this diversified approach, we not only improve air quality in mechanical processing workshops, but also contribute to creating a safer and more productive work environment, aligned with the latest occupational health and environmental standards.
