Household waste sorting lines RDF (Refused Derived Fuel) Dedicated to the management of the „non-recyclable dry fraction”, which comes from the final stage of the processing of selectively collected waste, as well as from the over-sized material obtained within the Mechano-Biological Treatment Facilities (MBT), represents an important step in optimizing waste recycling. This input material is initially subjected to an extended mechanical treatment process, which includes reducing particle size, refining waste, metal separation and aeraulic separation of inert components.

Through these processes, a significantly reduced mass recycled product is obtained, suitable for use as special fuel in various authorized facilities, such as cement plants, thermal plants or plants that convert waste into energy.

In addition, these facilities are equipped with advanced software, designed to provide effective control and monitoring of the entire processing flow. Modern hardware and software systems allow not only efficient adjustments of internal operations, but also the possibility of remote monitoring and regulation, thus ensuring optimal management and adapted to the specific needs of each installation. This technological integration contributes significantly to the improvement of efficiency RDF Waste Sorting Line in order to produce alternative fuels and reduce the ecological impact of waste treatment processes.
