Mineral wool and glass wool chopper - NH161

At extremely high production speeds, this series has been specially developed for chopping fragile materials such as plastics, insulating materials for considerable size reduction.

By equipping the rotor shaft and the car case with different tools, the following types of waste can be chopped:

• Reducing the size of fragile plastics
• Reducing the dimensions of electronic materials
• Chopping of waste from mineral insulating materials such as mineral wool and glass wool

NH series choppers are equipped with robust and highly wear-resistant subassemblies (knives, hammers, chopper batten). The outer rotor shaft is separated from the grinding chamber. By solid steel welding, the hammer mill is very durable and supports enormous loads. The car case is protected against abrasion by screwed wear plates, easy to replace.

In order to achieve the optimal results of grinding waste, it is possible to equip the rotor shaft and the car housing with different subassemblies.
