Crude force and strength with combined industrial sieve – Jono MSZ1400
When the material is too dirty, too large or too sticky for a regular sieve, it enters the scene Jono MSZ1400. . . This is a Mobile Combined Sieve (Heavy Duty) Designed to cope with the harshest working conditions, being usually the first machine in the technological flow, positioned before or immediately after the primary crusher.
Unlike calibration sills, MSZ1400 It is built to withstand the impact with large stone or concrete blocks. It can process topsoil, clay, demolition waste mixed with earth and unwashed quarry rock.
Its hopper is equipped with a highly durable tape feeder (or plate, optional), and the aggressive squeegee prevents sieve clogging even in the case of wet materials.

Strengths & Advantages
- Heavy Duty Construction: Chassis and sieving box reinforced to take on strong mechanical shocks.
- Anti-clogging: The aggressive movement of the sieve box (high amplitude) unravels the sticky and clayey materials.
- Site versatility: The upper deck supports grizzly bars, fingers, perforated sheet or thick metal sieves.
- Mobility on any ground: Wide tracks and high ground clearance allow operation on rough or undeveloped terrain.
- Large opening: Able to accept large materials (up to 400-500mm in feeding).

Who is it recommended for?
- Demolition companies: For the separation of the earth and the fine fractions from the clean debris that goes to the crusher.
- Infrastructure projects: For cleaning the vegetal soil or fillings.
- Careers: as pre-stainer before the primary crusher to remove the tailings (clay).
FAQs
What is the difference between MSZ1400 and MS1860E?
The MS1860E is a „finishing” scoop for clean stone and exact dimensions. MSZ1400 It is a „separator” for dirty materials, large boulders and heavy conditions, with a much more robust structure and lower precision, but greater resistance.
Can work with wet soil?
Yes, this is one of the strengths. Equipped with suitable sites, the MSZ1400 manages wet materials that would block a standard sieve excellently.
